Hyman C. Whitcover was an architect in the United States. He worked from Savannah, Georgia and designed the Old Effingham County Courthouse (Georgia). He also designed Savannah City Hall (1910)〔(Savannah ) by Whip Morrison Triplett, page 83〕 He also designed the Old Judicial Building (1926) at 445 Dexter Avenue in Alabama as a Scottish Rite Temple.〔(Executive Director's Report ), Alabar〕
